The SAT SUB is a compact subwoofer built around a 6.5-inch driver in a slim enclosure. It covers the low end of the spectrum, handling frequencies below 400Hz, and is intended for commercial installations where music plays either quietly in the background or more prominently in the foreground.
It is designed to work with the SAT 3 satellite loudspeakers, which are sold separately. The subwoofer provides connections for those satellites, so the pair can be set up as a small system with the sub handling the bass. A wall bracket is supplied, allowing the unit to be mounted on a wall instead of taking up floor space.
Typical settings include bars, restaurants and shops, where a discreet low-frequency unit is needed alongside compact satellite speakers.
