Description
The Sonic Mustang HH is a right-handed electric guitar built around a thin poplar body with a gloss polyurethane finish and a maple neck with a satin finish. The neck has a slim C profile, an Indian laurel fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 22 narrow tall frets, and a 24" (610 mm) scale length that keeps the string tension and reach modest.
Two ceramic humbuckers (neck and bridge) are controlled by a master volume, a master tone and a 3-position toggle that selects bridge, bridge plus neck, or neck. The 6-saddle top-load hardtail bridge with block saddles allows height and intonation to be set for each string. Sealed die-cast tuning machines, chrome hardware, a black 1-ply pickguard and vintage-style strap buttons complete the build.
It is a passive instrument with a standard guitar output and needs only a cable to an amplifier. It is supplied with nickel-plated steel strings (.009-.042) installed, plus a saddle height wrench, a 1.5 mm hex wrench and a 4 mm truss rod wrench. The page lists California Blue and Black finishes.
