Description

The Blues Cube Tour is a 100 W guitar head built on Roland's Tube Logic design, which reproduces how a vintage tube amp reacts from input to speaker output, including preamp and output-stage distortion and power-supply compression. It has no actual tubes and needs no tube replacement, and it is designed to be lighter than a tube amp of similar output.

There are two independent channels, Clean and Crunch, each with its own Boost and Tone switches and a three-band EQ. A Dual Tone mode blends both channels together. Master volume and Presence controls, onboard reverb and two effects loops complete the signal path. A four-position Power Control (0.5 W, 15 W, 45 W, Max) lets the amp be driven hard at lower volumes.

For recording and stage use the head offers balanced XLR and 1/4-inch line outs, a headphone jack and a USB output for direct capture to a computer. Footswitch jacks accept the optional GA-FC foot controller or BOSS FS-5L, FS-6 and FS-7 switches for channel, Dual Tone and loop control. The matching Blues Cube Cabinet410 is a separate 4x10 open-back cabinet with poplar construction, sold separately.
