This is an active 2-way full-range speaker with a 12" woofer and 1" tweeter, rated at 185 W RMS / 215 W peak and 122 dB maximum SPL. A second-generation DynX DSP manages the signal to keep the sound clean at high levels. Five application presets (MUSIC, LIVE, VOCAL, ECO, FLAT) adapt the sound to the use case.

The built-in 6-channel mixer has a 3-band EQ plus reverb and delay, and the effects can be switched with an external footswitch. Two wireless handheld microphones with receiver modules are supplied and take AA batteries. The two receivers add input channels, and a priority function lowers the music automatically whenever a chosen microphone is in use. Four hot-swappable batteries allow continuous operation: up to 50 hours in ECO mode at medium volume, or about 5 hours at maximum volume.

For connections there are two mic/line combo inputs, a stereo AUX input on 3.5 mm jack and RCA, and Bluetooth 5.0 with AAC. Two ANNY 12 units can be paired for True Wireless Stereo. A USB-C port charges a phone or tablet. Wheels and a telescopic handle make it easy to move, and a 35 mm flange allows pole mounting.
