The F300i is a small two-way bookshelf loudspeaker sold as a pair. It is an update of the earlier F300, with a revised titanium tweeter and crossover that give it a more refined treble. A 125mm multi-fibre driver handles bass and midrange, and a 25mm titanium dome handles the highs, crossing over at 3.4kHz.
The cabinet is rear ported and compact, at 250 x 156 x 211mm and 3.7kg each. A bracket built into the rear panel lets the speaker be mounted flush against a wall, which helps where space is tight or when it is used as a surround or rear effects speaker in a home cinema system.
Sensitivity is 87dB with a nominal 8 ohm impedance. The recommended amplifier power is 20 to 70 watts RMS, and the speaker is rated for 35 watts RMS continuous. It connects to an amplifier or AV receiver through its rear terminals. Finishes are Walnut, Black Ash and Light Oak.
