MS-60B

The MS-60B is a bass-specific multi-effects pedal that bundles 58 effects, covering dynamics and filters, overdrive and distortion, amp and cabinet models, modulation and special effects, plus delay and reverb. Up to 4 effects can run at once, in any order, and individual effects can be switched in or out of the chain. Amp models can be paired with any cabinet model, and delay times reach 4 seconds.

Patches are stored in 50 memory locations, the first 30 of which hold factory settings. Edits are saved automatically, and a patch list of up to 26 entries can be stepped through with the footswitch. A chromatic tuner covers standard and drop bass tunings, with a choice of bypassing the effects or muting the outputs while tuning. Tap tempo sets delay times and modulation rates. The backlit LCD has contrast control.

The pedal has one 1/4" input suited to passive and active basses and two 1/4" mono outputs, which allow stereo recording. It runs on 2 AA batteries (alkaline or rechargeable NiMH), an optional Zoom AD-16 AC adapter, or USB bus power. The USB port also handles firmware updates.
