Zinken is a wired, closed on-ear headphone designed around DJ use. It has 40 mm dynamic drivers with a stated 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency response and is tuned to give clear lows, mids and highs at high volume. There is no active noise cancellation and no wireless function, so the connection is always direct and there is no battery to charge.
The coiled, reversible TurnCable has a 6.3 mm plug for mixers and a 3.5 mm plug for other music devices, with a control button on the cord for skipping or repeating tracks and answering calls. A second input/output port (PalPlug) lets another pair of headphones be connected for sharing audio, for example when playing back-to-back. The headphones fold down for transport and the ear cushions can be replaced when worn.
The shell is made from 87% recycled plastic (53% of the product is plastic, of which 87% is recycled, excluding electronic components). It is offered in Jet Black, Salsa Red and Taxi Yellow, and comes with the TurnCable and a legal and safety manual.
