The TM-150SG is a compact shotgun condenser microphone built around a back-electret capsule with a super-cardioid pattern. It is intended for use on video cameras, where it picks up sound from the direction it faces. The frequency response runs from 50 Hz to 18 kHz, and the maximum SPL is 124 dB.
The microphone includes a low-cut filter and a windscreen. It can be powered by 48V phantom power or by a single AA battery, which is supplied. A shoe-mount mic clip, a hard case and a 5/8 to 3/8 conversion adapter come in the box.
It connects through a male 3-pin XLR output. The body measures 20 × 20 × 280 mm and weighs 135 g. This model has been discontinued.
