SS-CDR200
Stereo solid-state audio recorder in a 1U rack chassis that also writes CDs. It records to CompactFlash, SD/SDHC cards and USB memory, and suits broadcast, installation and live-sound use where reliable fixed recording is needed.

The SS-CDR200 is a rack-mounted two-channel recorder with no moving parts in its flash recording path. It records and plays WAV and MP3 files on CompactFlash (Type 1 only), SD/SDHC cards and USB memory, and its built-in CD drive handles CD-R and CD-RW discs, including CD-DA audio discs.
Audio goes in and out through balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA analog connections, plus S/PDIF digital on RCA. A 6.3 mm stereo headphone jack is fitted for monitoring. WAV recording is 16-bit at 44.1 or 48 kHz, MP3 recording runs from 64 to 320 kbps, and playback of WAV also covers 24-bit files.
For integration into installed systems it has an RS-232C port, a 25-pin parallel control port, a jack for the RC-SS2 remote, a 2.5 mm jack for RC-20 and RC-3F remotes, a PS/2 keyboard connector and a USB-A port. The unit is listed as discontinued and replaced by the SS-CDR250N.
