The CD-GT1 is a portable CD player designed for practising and jamming along with recordings. Its Slow Speed Audition function slows playback to 92%, 84%, 68% or 50% of the original tempo without changing the key, and a separate pitch control covers 0 to -50% in 1% steps.
For learning passages, it offers Single Loop, All Loop and a Seamless IN-OUT Loop, plus a Flash Start function that locates the cue point and starts playback without a gap. Playback can be set to single play or continuous play. A footswitch input allows hands-free control of flash start or effects switching.
The unit includes built-in effects: 15 distortion types, 15 clean tones and 13 vocal effects, along with a chromatic tuner. It runs on batteries or on an optional AC adapter. The manufacturer lists this model as discontinued, and owner's manuals are available in English and multi-language versions.
