The CD-BT1mkII is a portable practice tool built around a CD player. Variable Speed Audition changes tempo without altering pitch, and key can be shifted separately by up to six semitones with fine tuning. Single, all and seamless in-out loops, CUE point memory with Flash Start and a 10-second anti-shock memory support learning parts from recordings.
A bass input accepts active or passive instruments and feeds 16 built-in bass effects, five effect memory slots and a 5-band graphic EQ with Mid Shape and two EQ memories. A bass enhancement function offers cut, boost and enhanced modes. The unit also includes a metronome, a chromatic tuner with calibration and an oscillator, and monitor options that let CD and bass input be heard together in a split arrangement or as mono.
Players can listen through the PHONES output or LINE OUT, each with its own volume control, and a stereo mini jack input is provided. A foot switch can be assigned to several functions. It runs on batteries, with an optional PS-PS5 power supply.
