The CD-302 pairs two CD players in one system, aimed at DJs who mix from disc. Each player has a large automatic BPM meter for beat matching, instant start, and tempo adjustment of ±32% that leaves pitch unchanged. Turntable-style control is provided through an emulation mode with a brake function and scratch play.
Playback tools include a seamless loop function, an incremental play function and fader start. Each unit can record a 10-second sample on board, and a 10-second shock RAM buffer guards playback against vibration and knocks.
Each player comes with its own detachable remote control. The players have separate unbalanced RCA outputs, so each can be fed to its own mixer channel. The manufacturer lists this model as discontinued, and an owner's manual dated 2007-07-22 is available for download.
