NightSky is a stereo reverb pedal built around a reverb core whose process rate can be changed, so the size and the pitch of the reverb move together. The pitch can be swept smoothly, quantized to half steps or to selectable scales, and stepped through an eight-step sequencer with adjustable glide. Three reverb textures are offered: sparse, dense and diffuse.
The voice section adds shimmer with selectable intervals up to plus or minus one octave, applied either at the reverb input or regenerating inside the core, along with a glimmer harmonic enhancer and pre or post drive. Tone shaping includes a low cut and a 4-pole 24 dB/octave resonant low-pass filter, which can be swapped for a regenerating high cut. A modulation section offers six waveforms aimed at the reverb delay lines, the core pitch or the filter. Morph moves between two sets of knob positions, and an Infinite footswitch freezes the input to the reverb core.
It stores 16 presets on the front panel and 300 via MIDI. Connections include stereo inputs and outputs, an expression or MultiSwitch Plus jack, 5-pin MIDI in and out, and USB. The dry path is analog, and bypass is either true bypass or buffered.
