Vender um igualDescrição
The Channel One combines a tube preamp with mic, line and instrument inputs and a processing chain in a single 19-inch unit. The mic input provides 48 V phantom power, polarity reversal and a low-frequency cut filter, while the line input has a balancing stage and the instrument input sits on the front panel.
The processing section includes a one-knob de-esser that works in auto-threshold mode and reduces S-sounds with a narrow-band, phase-reversed method. The compressor/limiter is based on a Double-VCA-Drive circuit with single-control adjustment, and the noise gate has an auto-release circuit. A dedicated EQ offers low, mid, high and air bands plus a field-effect distortion stage.
An insert (send/return) allows external effects to be patched in or the preamp signal to be sent out. A headphone monitor lets a performer be given an individual mix without latency. Optional Lundahl input and output transformers and an AD converter module (1090, 24 bit, SPDIF coaxial and optical output) can be fitted. Power comes from an internal linear supply with a toroidal transformer.
