The Space A40 is a pair of in-ear true wireless earbuds with adaptive active noise cancelling that measures surrounding noise and adjusts the cancelling level automatically. A Transparency Mode lets outside sound through, and a Wind Noise Reduction mode in the app handles outdoor use. Sound comes from 10mm double-layer diaphragm drivers, with SBC, AAC and LDAC codecs available.
Playback lasts 10 hours per charge and 50 hours with the charging case. A 10-minute fast charge gives about 4 hours of listening. The case charges over USB-C or wirelessly. Six microphones with an AI algorithm handle calls. Four ear tip sizes are supplied, and the app includes a fit test.
The earbuds connect over Bluetooth 5.2 and support multipoint connection to two devices at once. LDAC works on Android 8.0 or later and cannot be used at the same time as multipoint. The soundcore app provides up to 22 EQ presets, HearID personalised sound and touch control settings.
