The Mix is a battery-powered Bluetooth speaker built around a 10" woofer and a 1.2" dome tweeter, driven by two 72W RMS Class-D amplifiers in PBTL mode. It reaches a maximum SPL of 121 dB with a 40 Hz to 20 kHz effective range, and uses a Pulse Reflex port and an adaptive bass enhancer DSP. The cabinet is ABS and polycarbonate with silicone ball corners and a detachable steel grille, and the electronics have an IP65-rated coating.
Power comes from a removable 12.8V LiFePO4 battery (99.84 Wh) that is included. It runs about 40 hours at mid-volume or 8 hours at full volume and recharges in about 2 hours with the separate charger. The speaker has no Pro Panel and no charger in the box. Carrying options are the built-in handle, or an optional strap or backpack.
It connects over Bluetooth 4.2, through a 3.5mm stereo input, or via SKAA TeamUp, which links up to five compatible speakers. The companion app provides sound profiles, custom EQ, left/right/mono roles, TeamUp volume control, a PIN code, remote power-off and firmware updates.
