MX153

The Microflex MX153 is a professional earset microphone built around a subminiature omnidirectional cartridge. It is designed to give clear speech pickup with added protection against plosives and no proximity effect, and it offers improved gain before feedback compared with lavalier microphones.

The lightweight, flexible earpiece sits over either ear and is meant to stay stable and comfortable during use. The cable is a soft flex type reinforced with Kevlar. CommShield technology is built in to guard against interference from cellular RF devices and digital bodypack transmitters.

The microphone ends in a TQG (TA4F) connector for direct connection to Shure wireless bodypack transmitters. It comes with a protective storage pouch, three windscreens and a collar clip. Typical uses include corporate presentations, houses of worship, A/V conferencing and live sound reinforcement.
