Shure MV6 Gen 2

Shure MV6 Gen 2 – USB-C Gaming Mic with Adjustable Voice Processing

The MV6 Gen 2 is Shure's plug-and-play dynamic USB-C microphone for gamers, streamers and first-time creators who want to move past a headset mic. It keeps the cardioid dynamic capsule and Voice Isolation Technology of the original, then hands you control over the processing: adjustable Auto Level Mode, an adjustable Real-time Denoiser, a 5-band EQ and three presets, all stored on the mic itself.

Key Features

• Adjustable Auto Level Mode: Set your target level and response time, so whispers and victory shouts land at the same volume.
• Adjustable Real-time Denoiser: A slider decides how much of the room gets through, from fans and keyboards gone to a natural, open sound.
• Voice Isolation Technology: Dynamic capsule, cardioid pattern and onboard processing work together to keep the focus on your voice.
• 5-band EQ and Smart Presets: Shape your tone or pick Dark, Natural or Bright; Speech, Singing and Instrument presets switch the whole chain in one go.
• Digital Popper Stopper: Plosives are tamed on board, so you don't need a physical pop filter in front of the camera.
• Tap-to-mute and 3.5 mm monitoring: One touch on top cuts the signal silently; the headphone jack gives zero-latency monitoring of mic and system audio.

Customer Benefits

Gen 2 is about control without complexity. Tune Auto Level, Denoiser and EQ once in the free MOTIV Mix desktop app or the MOTIV mobile apps, save the settings to the microphone, and they travel with it between your PC, Mac, phone or tablet. The included stand has an isolation base that keeps desk bumps out of the signal, the cable is now a longer 2 m USB-C, and the standard 5/8" thread lets you move the mic onto a boom arm when your setup grows.
