RS 2000

The RS 2000 is a 2.4 GHz digital wireless TV listening set made up of an RR 2000 receiver and a TR 2000 transmitter that doubles as a charging dock. The receiver sits on the ear without fully covering the ear canal, so ambient sound still comes through, and it is designed to be comfortable for glasses wearers. It switches itself off automatically when not in use.

Listening can be adjusted to taste: left and right volume can be balanced, and the sound profile and speech intelligibility can be tailored. The built-in lithium polymer battery gives up to 9 hours of playback and charges in about 3 hours when the receiver is placed on the transmitter. Automatic frequency management is used to coexist with other wireless devices in the home.

The transmitter connects to a TV or other audio source through an analog 3.5 mm output using the supplied cable, or alternatively through SCART or RCA sockets with additional adapters. Up to two paired receivers can be used at the same time.
