WiTalk9 X is a full-duplex wireless intercom that works out of the box without a hub, supporting nine people. Its headband parts detach, so a headset can be changed between single-ear, dual-ear and helmet-ready styles in about 10 seconds. It is sold as 3-, 5- or 9-person kits in single-ear or dual-ear form, plus a 5-person helmet dual-ear kit.
A directional two-microphone array with an AI noise-reduction chip handles up to 40 dB of background noise, with 100 Hz to 7 kHz wideband audio at a 16 kHz sampling rate. An antenna diversity system using internal and external antennas on the 1.9 GHz band gives up to 400 m range and limits interference from 2.4 GHz devices. Adaptive Frequency Hopping selects the clearest channels.
The system can be expanded with the WiTalk BASE to 16 full-duplex users, and to 64 by linking four bases. The base connects to a computer over USB-C for use with Zoom or Teams. The Saramonic App provides control with large icons. The master headset runs over 9 hours and remote headsets up to 12 hours, and each headset has a spare battery.
