Air SE

The Air SE is a two-transmitter wireless microphone system. Each transmitter weighs 5 g and can be clipped to clothing. When docked on the charging bar, a transmitter becomes a handheld interview mic. The bar holds two transmitters and a receiver magnetically.

An onboard AI chip handles noise cancellation of up to 40 dB, aimed at non-steady noises such as typing or running water. Noise cancellation levels can be set on the receiver. Audio is captured at 48 kHz / 24-bit with 80 dB SNR and 120 dB max SPL. A built-in limiter guards against distortion, and an optional -12 dB safety track records a backup (Mono mode only). Three EQ presets and mono or stereo output are set in the Saramonic app.

The receiver plugs into the device and draws power from it. It is offered in a USB-C version (SE-01) or a USB-C plus Lightning version (SE-02). Line-of-sight range is up to 200 m, and one receiver can pair with up to two transmitters. A transmitter runs about 6 hours per charge, or up to 28 hours in total with the charging bar.
