XPS-30
The XPS-30 is a 61-key expandable synthesizer for gigging keyboardists. It runs on mains or batteries, offers over 1400 patches, an eight-track pattern sequencer, a mic input with vocal effects and USB audio/MIDI.

The XPS-30 is a portable performance keyboard with 61 velocity-sensitive keys and a 128-voice sound generator. It carries the sound sets of the XPS-10 and JUNO-Di, with reworked acoustic and electric pianos and an enlarged selection of regional instruments. A graphic display, four control knobs and four level sliders handle patch selection and real-time editing.
The internal waveform memory can be rewritten through a wave expansion slot, which is loaded from a USB flash drive with sound collections downloaded from the maker's Axial library. The EXP-06 Studio Collection comes preloaded. WAV files can be imported as samples, and with system program 2.00 or later and JUNO-DS Tone Manager, multi-samples can be imported. Eight multicolor Phrase Pads trigger samples or audio files from USB memory. A pattern sequencer with eight tracks records ideas without stopping playback.
A mic input has its own reverb, Vocoder and Auto Pitch effects. Connections include stereo outputs, headphones, MIDI in/out, pedal jacks, a stereo external input and a USB computer port for MIDI and audio, with a DAW Control mode. Power comes from an AC adaptor or eight rechargeable Ni-MH AA batteries.
