V-STUDIO 100
Compact desktop production unit that combines a USB 2.0 audio/MIDI interface, a DAW control surface with a motorized fader, a small digital mixer and an SD card WAV recorder. It suits home-studio producers and solo performers or small bands.

The unit works as a USB 2.0 audio and MIDI interface with 8 inputs plus mix and 6 outputs at up to 24-bit/96 kHz. It has two mic preamps with phantom power, a Hi-Z guitar input, MIDI in and out, and drivers for ASIO, WDM, WASAPI and Core Audio.
As a controller it carries a 100 mm touch-sensitive motorized fader, rotary encoders, buttons and transport keys. It talks to most DAWs through the Mackie Control protocol, and offers deeper control of SONAR through Active Controller Technology. As a digital mixer it provides onboard reverb, EQ and compression for small bands, DJs and solo musicians.
A stereo WAV recorder writes to SD/SDHC cards, so ideas, rehearsals or gigs can be captured without a computer, with metronome, markers and A-B repeat. Files move to and from a computer over USB. A software bundle covers vocal processing, a limiter, guitar amp modeling and several virtual instruments, with the SONAR VS DAW for Windows.
