SPD-SX PRO
The SPD-SX PRO is a nine-pad sampling pad for live drummers and hybrid performers. It has a 4.3-inch color display, multi-color LED pad lighting, 32 GB of storage and several audio outputs for stage use.

The SPD-SX PRO plays back samples, backing tracks and click tracks from nine velocity-sensitive pads. Each pad can hold two layers (A/B) with separate volume, pitch and transient settings. Time-stretching can match a WAV file to the kit tempo. A 16-step pad sequencer, pad link, mute groups and a configurable click track help with live arrangements.
LED strips between the pads and around them can be assigned to preset or custom colors, so the pads can be told apart on a dark stage. The unit has four multi-effects engines, a side chain compressor and master effects that can be applied system-wide or per kit. Four trigger inputs take external pads, hi-hat controllers or acoustic drum triggers. A mute function lets pad strikes silence connected triggers.
Outputs are a balanced stereo master pair, four balanced direct outs and a headphone jack. USB handles eight channels of audio recording to a computer plus MIDI. The SPD-SX PRO App for Mac and Windows is used to import audio, build kits and edit parameters, and the pad can load SPD-SX backup files.
