Beskrivelse
The Rubix24 is a bus-powered USB audio interface that records two channels and plays back four, at resolutions up to 24-bit/192 kHz. Two combo inputs carry the mic preamps, and the first input can switch to Hi-Z for guitar or other high-impedance sources. A hardware compressor/limiter with a selectable type helps keep loud sources from clipping.
On the output side there are four balanced-type 1/4-inch jacks and a headphone output with its own level knob and source switch. This allows separate monitoring feeds, click tracks or routing to outboard gear. Direct monitoring, a mono switch and a loopback switch are on the front panel, and ground lift switches help reduce hum. Large level indicators show signal and clip status.
The unit connects to a computer over Hi-Speed USB (Type B) and uses class compliant drivers on Mac, Windows and iPad. It is powered from the computer's USB port, or from a micro-B DC 5 V port. MIDI In and Out connectors are included, and the unit comes with six months of Roland Cloud Pro membership.
