Deskrizzjoni

The MC-707 combines an eight-track clip sequencer with the ZEN-Core sound engine, which blends virtual analog and PCM sounds. Tracks can be Tone, Drum Kit or Looper (audio loop) types, with 128 clips in total. A TR-REC step sequencer and 16 velocity-sensitive pads handle drums, basslines and chords, and clips can store knob movements along with note data.

The built-in sampler records audio in sync with the project tempo or imports WAV files from SD card, and loops can be time-stretched and pitch-shifted. Each track has its own multi-effects, EQ, chorus/delay and reverb. The master section adds 90 effect types, a compressor and an EQ. Each track has a fader, and the knobs can be assigned to different parameters and recorded as automation.

For connection, the unit has stereo main and assignable outputs, send/return jacks, an external input that also works as a mic input, and MIDI In plus two Outs. A USB-B port carries audio and MIDI, so each of the eight parts can be recorded to separate DAW tracks. Projects and audio data are stored on an SD card, and sounds and loops can be added through online expansions.
