The JU-06A is a 4-voice polyphonic synth module with two selectable sound modes, one modelled on the JUNO-60 and one on the JUNO-106. The front panel offers a continuous high-pass filter, envelope-controllable pulse-width modulation, two chorus modes and a delay. Each mode holds 64 patches, and there are 16 sequencer patterns and 16 chord memories.
A 16-step sequencer, an arpeggiator with up, up-and-down and down modes, and chord memory are built in. The controls are sliders, buttons and knobs with a three-character LED display. The housing has metal panels and the sliders have metal shafts.
For connections it has MIDI in and out, a USB port carrying both audio and MIDI, and an external clock input for syncing with other gear. Outputs are a stereo output and a headphone jack, and there is a stereo mix input and a built-in speaker. It runs on four AA batteries or USB bus power. The optional K-25m keyboard unit and DK-01 Boutique Dock are sold separately.
