mini-ISO

The mini-ISO combines a video switcher, audio mixer and streaming encoder in one portable box. It takes four HDMI 2.0 inputs (up to 4K@60) and four SDI inputs, plus a UVC input for webcams and USB capture devices. Switching runs between five channels, with a T-bar, 15 transition effects, fast mode and preview switch mode. Chroma key (green or blue), picture-in-picture and multiview are also included.

For audio, line and mic level sources are supported, with variable delay to bring sound into sync with video, and two channels of external audio can be mixed. Two HDMI outputs carry the multiviewer, program or a test pattern. A 3.5-inch TFT touch screen handles menu operation, source preview and status display. Independent PTZ, zoom and focus control is available for up to five IP cameras (VISCA over IP), using a 5-direction joystick and toggle, with view saving and recall.

Outputs and recording: a USB 3.0 port presents the unit as a webcam in YUY2 or MJPEG, and a USB 2.0 port records to exFAT or FAT32 at up to 16 Mbps. Recording is not independent per input channel. Network functions include RTMP(s) streaming to up to four platforms, one NDI output, and control through TAO Cloud from mobile or desktop.
