The M3 is a desktop video mixer and presentation switcher with 14 mixed-signal inputs, built around a modular rear panel. It suits live events, presentations and AV integration work that need fast broadcast-style control and multi-screen output.

The M3 combines presentation switching and video mixing in one desktop console. It has two angle-adjustable eight-inch LCD monitors for source monitoring, full preview and live/program display, large illuminated buttons and a T-bar for mixing. The monitors can show outputs as they are physically arranged or in a custom layout.
The unit is fully modular, including the fans, filters and power supply. Standard modules cover preview and monitoring, communications and Genlock sync, and a range of input and output modules can be added. Modules are hot-swappable, and a redundant hot-swap PSU is optional. It can preview 8 inputs, work with 5 video layers plus 3 still layers, and splice outputs up to 12K1K or 6K2K. Logo, still and on-screen display designs are configurable, and foreground layers support masks, including user-defined ones.
Tally output is supported, and configurations can be saved on the unit or to USB. Several transition effects are available. Setup and control tools include the XTOOL updater and the XPOSE software.
