The D4 is a multi-format 4K presentation switcher and scaler from RGBlink, intended for presentation switching, video wall splicing, 4K distribution and broadcast use. It takes HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G SDI inputs and offers several operating modes.

The D4 is a modular presentation switcher that doubles as a 4K scaler. It accepts a wide range of input formats, which can be converted, scaled and transcoded to HDMI 2.0 outputs or to optional output ports such as DisplayPort. Its dual-channel 4K output scalers work with 12-bit processing and the YUV 4:4:4 colour space.
Several operating modes are built in, including a standard switcher mode and video wall modes with different presets. Output splicing reaches up to 8K2K, and 8K1K native input and output are supported. EDID can be managed for 4K signals. HDR10 and HLG are supported, along with HDCP 2.x. Optional DVI outputs add support for AOI splicing.
Inputs include 4K@60 HDMI 2.0, 4K@60 DisplayPort 1.2 and SDI that covers 12G, 6G, 3G, HD and SD. Outputs include 4K@60 HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G SDI.
