Mixon 4

The Mixon 4 is a four-channel performance controller developed with Serato and Algoriddim. It runs with Serato DJ Pro (full version included) on Mac and PC, and with djay on iOS and macOS, including streaming from Tidal, SoundCloud, Beatport Link and Beatsource where a subscription is held. It also works with Android devices over OTG, and as a MIDI controller with other software, with mappings available for Traktor and VirtualDJ.

The top panel has two 155 mm aluminum jog wheels with touch-sensitive surfaces and LED position feedback, and 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads for hot cues, loop rolls, sampler, slicer and other modes. Further controls include a slip mode, a loop section with a length LED bar, a 14-bit pitch fader, a colour filter on each channel and Macro FX that combines a filter with an effect per channel. Harmonic mixing offers key sync and key shift, and some functions need Serato expansion packs.

The mixer section has per-channel level meters and an assignable crossfader. Audio goes through an integrated 4-channel USB 2.0 sound card with ASIO drivers on Windows. Outputs are XLR master, 1/4" booth and RCA, plus a mic input and two headphone outputs. USB, Lightning and OTG cables and a power supply are supplied.
