Discontinued 2-channel DJ controller built around the djay app by Algoriddim, with a built-in dock for iPad or Android devices. It also works as a USB MIDI controller for Mac and PC DJ software, and suits DJs who want a club-style layout for tablet-based mixing.

The Beatpad is a two-deck controller with a built-in tablet mount, designed around djay on iOS, Android, and Mac. Each deck has a 15.5 cm touch-sensitive jog wheel with a multicolour LED border, a 100 mm pitch fader, four RGB drum pads, and push encoders and dials for effects and loops. The pads cover hot cues, bounce loops, instant FX, and a sampler. The mixer section has a crossfader, line faders, 3-band EQ, gain and a filter for each channel, plus a large Trax encoder for browsing the library.
It contains a 4-channel USB audio interface. Outputs are balanced XLR and RCA master outs, and there are two headphone outputs (3.5 mm and 6.3 mm). The rear aux RCA input has a phono preamp for a CD player, iPod or turntable, and a 6.3 mm mic input has its own volume control.
An iPad connects through the supplied 30-pin or Lightning adapter cable, which also charges it. Android devices need a USB-OTG adapter cable. Over USB the unit works as a MIDI controller with ASIO drivers on Windows, and a two-deck mapping is available for Traktor Pro 2. It also supports VirtualDJ and other MIDI-learning software.
