The Ampire D360 is a digital power amplifier from Reloop's Ampire series, which also includes the D720, D1080, D1700, D2100 and D2500. It can run in stereo or in mono-bridged mode, and each of channels A and B has its own amplifier circuit. Rated output is 2x 100 W at 8 Ohm, 2x 180 W at 4 Ohm, or 1x 360 W at 8 Ohm when bridged.
The unit has a switch-mode power supply and a soft-start limiter that prevents overload when the amplifier is switched on. Cooling is handled by fans with variable speed, and a thermal protection system guards the circuitry. The chassis is a single rack unit, light and compact enough for mobile use as well as fixed racks.
Signal comes in on XLR inputs, and the outputs use PA pro speaker cable connectors. The frequency range is 20 Hz to 20 kHz. An instruction manual is available as a PDF download.
