The Kyte is a two-way, stand-mount loudspeaker assembled by hand in the UK. Its cabinet is moulded from stiff phenolic resin and reinforced inside with ceramic plates and a cross-brace structure, intended to limit cabinet resonances and help dynamics and bass output.
The drive units are the company's own: a ZRR high frequency unit and a handmade MX-125 bass-mid driver that uses a four layer voice coil. Crossover components are also made and wound in house. The enclosure is bass reflex with a rear port, rated at a nominal 6 Ω and 89 dB sensitivity, with 80 W per channel as a power handling guide.
An optional rear foot is supplied for flexible positioning. A separate steel stand adaptor, sold apart, allows the speaker to be placed on standard third-party loudspeaker stands. Speaker connections and further detail are in the multi-lingual user manual. The product carries a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
