Voco-Loco

The Voco-Loco combines a microphone preamp with an effects loop and a footswitch. Plugging a microphone into it allows guitar effects pedals such as echo, reverb, chorus, overdrive or distortion to be used on voice or on acoustic instruments, with several effects switched in at once from a single footswitch.
It works with both dynamic and condenser microphones. Typical uses named for the unit include vocals, brass such as saxophone or trumpet, and harmonica, where the effects can be added without bringing an amplifier to the gig.
The product has been discontinued and is no longer shipping. The maker lists the part number as R800 1425 00 and provides a user guide, a smart sheet and photos for current owners. The updated version is the Voco-Loco Mk2.
