Twin-Iso

The Twin-Iso is a stereo (two-channel) line-level isolator that sits between two pieces of balanced audio equipment and removes hum and buzz caused by ground loops. Each channel uses a Jensen transformer, which keeps the response linear across 20Hz to 20kHz with low distortion and allows high signal levels, up to +21dB, to pass without saturating.

It is designed to be transparent, so it isolates the connected devices without colouring the signal. Typical uses include linking two mixers when an opening act feeds the headliner's console, connecting gear on an amp rack that is powered from a different circuit, and taming noise from older studio equipment with poor grounding.

It is inserted into the signal path between line-level devices such as consoles, amp racks, remote towers and recorders. Optional Radial accessories for mounting include the J-Rak 4 rack adapter, the J-Clamp flange mount adaptors and TrainTrack Plus brackets.
