Twin-City
The Twin-City is an active ABY amp switcher that lets a guitarist or bassist select between two amplifiers or run both at once. It uses a class-A buffer and a transformer-isolated output to keep switching quiet and avoid hum.

The Twin-City takes one instrument signal and sends it to two amplifiers, either one at a time or together. A class-A input buffer drives the outputs, which keeps switching silent and protects the signal from noise and gain loss. It can also be used to switch channels on vintage amps by feeding each channel from one output, or to select between two bass amps.
Hum and buzz from combining amps are addressed in several ways. Output B has an isolation transformer, and there are a ground lift switch and a 180° polarity reverse switch so both amps play in phase. At the input, Drag Control load correction recreates the load a tube amp places on the pickups, so the instrument keeps its natural tone.
The unit sits between the instrument and the two amplifiers, with an output for each amp. A user guide, owner's manual and part number R800 7115 00 are listed for the model.
