The QII-Integrated is the first fully integrated amplifier in the QII range. It joins a preamp and power amplifier in one chassis and uses four KT66 output valves in a push-pull configuration with single-tap output transformers, as in the original QUAD II monoblocks. Output is rated at 25W per channel into 8 ohms, which is double the power of the original design.
The preamp section has three line inputs and full tape monitoring. A phono stage is built in and accepts both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges, so a turntable can be connected without a separate phono preamp. The valve complement also includes four 12AX7 and two 6922EH valves.
Measured figures include 0.06% THD at 15W (700Hz), a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz (+0dB/-1dB), crosstalk above 75dB and voltage gain of 34dB. Maximum power consumption is 195W, and the unit measures 200 x 310 x 380mm.
