The Stereo Box S3 BT is a small integrated amplifier in a full aluminium case, designed and handmade in Europe. It delivers 2 x 21 W into 8 ohms or 2 x 40 W into 4 ohms (1% THD) and uses an analogue volume control with a motor-driven potentiometer, so volume and input selection can be operated from the supplied IR remote.
Inputs are two pairs of gold-plated RCA line inputs plus a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver supporting aptX, aptX HD and the A2DP profile. A 3.5 mm stereo jack provides a variable line output for feeding a subwoofer, active speakers or a second-zone amplifier. Speaker terminals are isolated and accept 4 mm banana plugs, spades or bare wire.
The case measures 103 x 37 x 115 mm and weighs 450 g without the power supply. The rigid metal housing is intended to reduce vibration and interference. It is available in black or silver and runs from an external 20 V / 3 A DC supply.
