The Signature 10 is a turntable built around a heavy, TPE-damped aluminium platter that is diamond-cut from a single piece. The platter runs on an inverted ceramic ball bearing that is magnetically decoupled, and magnetic fields in the feet isolate the whole deck from outside vibration. A vinyl layer on top of the platter serves as the record surface.
The 10-inch single-pivot tonearm is a Pro-Ject design made of non-magnetic aluminium with an SME headshell. It allows stepless VTA and mounting distance adjustment while the record is playing, and several counterweights are supplied to suit cartridges of 4 to 10 g. Speed is switched between 33 and 45 RPM with one button, and a precision generator controls the motor.
The tonearm connects through the supplied Connect it 5P cable, which ends in two RCA plugs and a 5-pole tonearm socket, with an earthing wire. A 405 g record puck, a 7-inch adapter, an Allen key, a spirit level and gloves come in a wooden transport box. The deck is offered in high gloss, real wood and special finishes.
