PreSonus Eris Studio 5

PreSonus Eris Studio 5 – Compact 5.25″ Studio Monitor with Wide Sweet Spot

The PreSonus Eris Studio 5 delivers detailed sound and punchy low-end in a compact design. Its EBM waveguide expands the sweet spot horizontally to 120° while reducing vertical reflections, and its tunable acoustic controls let you adjust output to suit challenging acoustic environments.

Key Features

• EBM (Elliptical Boundary-Modeled) waveguide: Enhances high-frequency response and widens the sweet spot (120° horizontal × 60° vertical), while reducing desk reflections.
• 5.25″ woven-composite woofer & 1″ silk-dome tweeter: Combined with front-firing port and internal bracing, achieves clear bass down to 48 Hz and crisp highs.
• 80 W Class-AB bi-amplification: 45 W for low frequencies and 35 W for high frequencies ensures balanced, dynamic performance up to ~102 dB SPL.
• Acoustic tuning controls: Includes Acoustic Space (Flat, –2 dB, –4 dB), High-Frequency ±6 dB (centered at 10 kHz), Mid-Frequency ±6 dB (centered at 1 kHz), and Low-Cut filter (flat, 80 Hz, 100 Hz @ −12 dB/octave).
• Flexible connectivity: Balanced XLR and ¼″ TRS, and unbalanced RCA inputs for versatile setup options.
• Comprehensive protection suite: Includes RF filtering, output-current limiting, over-temperature protection, turn-on/off transient protection, subsonic filter, and power-saver mode after 40 minutes.

Customer Benefits

Whether you're mixing in a tight desk environment or working in a small studio, the Studio 5 adapts to your space. The waveguide keeps your mix consistent even when you move, and acoustic tuning lets you counteract boundary bass or midrange peaks without extra gear—so you can focus fully on the sound.
