The Reserve R300 is a passive center-channel speaker from Polk Audio's Reserve series, made to carry movie and TV dialogue in a surround system. It pairs a 1-inch Pinnacle Ring Radiator tweeter with two 5.25-inch Turbine Cone woofers in a fully sealed enclosure. At 19 inches wide, it suits a compact home theater.
The tweeter's pointed shape widens high-frequency dispersion, which enlarges the listening area. The Turbine cone is designed for added rigidity without extra mass. Overall frequency response is rated at 45Hz to 50kHz. The speaker is Hi-Res Audio certified and compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
It connects through a single set of nickel-plated 5-way binding posts to an AV receiver or amplifier with 4, 6 or 8 ohm outputs. It stands on rubber feet and has no wall-mount slots.
