The R100 is a small passive bookshelf speaker from the Reserve line, supplied as a pair. It pairs a 1" ring radiator tweeter with a 5¼" woofer in a ported cabinet and can sit on a shelf or on stands. It suits a compact stereo setup, the front channels of a multichannel system, or surround duty in a larger one.

The tweeter has a pointed ring-radiator shape intended to spread high frequencies more widely around the room and enlarge the listening area. The Turbine cone woofer is designed to be stiffer without adding mass, for more accurate cone movement. Bass output is extended by a rear X-Port. The speaker carries Hi-Res Audio certification and is described as Dolby Atmos enabled and IMAX Enhanced certified.

Connection is through a single pair of nickel-plated 5-way binding posts, so it is driven by a separate stereo amplifier or receiver. Recommended amplifier power is 30–150 W, and it works with 8, 6 or 4 ohm amplifier outputs. It is available in black, white and walnut finishes and stands on rubber feet.
