twenty5.22i
Compact two-way floorstanding or stand-mounted passive loudspeaker from the twenty5i range, sized for larger rooms than the twenty5.21i. It uses an ATL bass-loaded cabinet with a 6.5-inch bass driver and a soft-dome tweeter, and suits hi-fi listeners using stands, console furniture or other flat surfaces.

The twenty5.22i is a passive speaker in PMC's twenty5i series, intended for bigger rooms than the smaller twenty5.21i. It can sit on its dedicated stands, on console furniture or on another flat surface. Inside the cabinet is a 2 m (6.5 ft) effective Advanced Transmission Line (ATL), which loads a 170 mm long-throw g-weave cone bass driver with a cast alloy chassis. A Laminair vent is fitted to the cabinet.
The treble comes from a newly designed 19 mm PMC/SEAS soft dome made of SONOMEX fabric. It is ferrofluid cooled and has a 34 mm surround and a dispersion grille. The crossover point between the two drivers is 1.7 kHz. Rated frequency response is 39 Hz to 25 kHz, with a sensitivity of 89 dB (1 W, 1 m) and a nominal impedance of 8 ohms. The recommended amplifier power is 15 to 200 W.
Connection is through one pair of 4 mm binding posts. A 20 year warranty is available when the new product is registered within 10 days of purchase, subject to terms and conditions.
