PMC10 SUBXBD
The PMC10 SUBXBD is a 1-way active bass cabinet with a 10-inch long-throw driver in an ATL enclosure, designed to be added to the PMC10 active monitor to form a twin-cabinet PMC10 XBD system. It suits studios that want more low-frequency headroom and a smoother in-room bass response.

The PMC10 SUBXBD extends the PMC10 active three-way monitor with a second cabinet dedicated to bass. It uses the same 10-inch long-throw bass driver as the PMC10 master monitor, loaded by an ATL (Advanced Transmission Line) enclosure with LaminairX airflow venting, which is aimed at high low-frequency output with very low harmonic distortion.
The cabinet has no electronics of its own. Amplification and control come from the master36 DSP/amplifier already in the PMC10, which supplies 1000W to the 10-inch driver. Transparent excursion limiting protects the driver, and room-optimisation EQ is available.
The two cabinets together form the PMC10 XBD system, which can be set up as a tower, side by side, as a free-standing stack or soffit-mounted. Room alignment is done with the SoundAlign2 browser-based interface over a standard LAN. The unit is listed as in production, with a waitlist for availability updates.
