IB2S-AII
The IB2S-AII is a three-way active reference monitor with ATL bass loading and DSP control, built for high-end stereo and surround monitoring. It uses rack-mountable Class-D amplification and suits studios that need a compact version of a large reference monitor.

The IB2S-AII is a single-cabinet, three-way active monitor that uses Advanced Transmission Line bass loading with an effective line length of 2.4 m. It combines a 10-inch carbon-fibre/Nomex piston bass driver, a 75 mm soft-dome mid-range driver and a 34 mm soft-dome tweeter. The cabinet is DSP-controlled and is driven by rack-mountable Class-D amplification: 1200 W for the low frequencies, 550 W for the mid-range and 275 W for the high frequencies.
Users can adjust high and low shelving filters and trim the input level by ±8 dB. The sensitivity of the balanced analogue inputs can be set between +4 dB and +16 dBu. Three personal balance presets let several users keep their own settings. Dedicated vertical and horizontal centre-channel versions and matching 33-inch stands are offered as options.
The monitor has balanced analogue main and LFE inputs with through connections, plus AES digital main and LFE inputs with through connections that support sample rates up to 96 kHz at 24 bit. EQ, level trims and the choice between analogue and digital input can be changed from a distance with the supplied RJ45-connected remote.
