The DJM-900SRT is a four-channel club-style mixer with an onboard Serato sound card. Connected to a PC or Mac over USB, it gives plug-and-play control of Serato DJ Pro. It shares the performance feature set of the DJM-900NXS.
Each channel has its own Sound Color FX, six in total, and a three-band EQ isolator for separate control of high, mid and low frequencies. There are 13 channel-assignable Beat FX, such as delay, echo, spiral, reverb, filter, flanger, roll and reverse roll. The X-PAD engages a Beat FX and adjusts its parameters with one finger. Quantize snaps Beat FX, cues and loops to the rekordbox beat grid.
Audio runs through a 32-bit A/D converter and a 32-bit digital signal processor, with balanced hybrid op-amps and output circuits to lower analogue noise. The faders are contact-free magnetic Magvel types with two metal shafts. Pro DJ Link allows several players, turntables or laptops to be linked over LAN. Fully assignable MIDI functions let the mixer act as a MIDI controller, and rekordbox dvs is available with the rekordbox dvs Plus Pack.
