The DDJ-WeGO3 is an entry-level DJ controller with backlit jog wheels surrounded by buttons and dials. Pulse Control lights show when a track has loaded and which effects and filters are active, which helps newcomers follow what is happening. Beat Sync, loops and dedicated buttons for sound FX and samples cover more advanced techniques too.
It can be paired with an iPhone, iPod touch, iPad or Android device for tactile control of supported DJ apps, and it can charge the device while you play. With an iOS device it controls Algoriddim djay, and it also works with WeDJ. On a PC or Mac it can be used with djay (Mac only), Virtual DJ 8 Limited Edition, Serato DJ Lite (with a Serato DJ Pro upgrade path) and rekordbox dj.
A built-in soundcard lets the unit be connected directly to speakers or an amplifier without an external interface. Power comes over the supplied USB cable from the computer. At 1.8 kg it is small enough to fit in a backpack.
