The DDJ-1000SRT is the Serato-compatible version of the DDJ-1000. It has full-size jog wheels with adjustable resistance and a MAGVEL FADER rated for more than 10 million movements. A full-color LCD in the centre of each jog shows playback time, BPM and playback position, matching the Serato DJ Pro interface.
The button and knob layout follows Pioneer DJ's NXS2 club equipment. 16 back-lit rubber performance pads trigger Hot Cues, Rolls, Slicer, Sampler and Pitch Play. Effects include 4 Sound Color FX (Pitch, Filter, Dub Echo and Noise) from the DJM series, plus 14 Beat FX with a dedicated Beat FX screen showing BPM and the selected effect. Key Shift and Key Sync are included.
It has 4 inputs for CDJs or analog turntables, so it can also work as a stand-alone mixer, plus Booth, 2 Master and 2 Mic connections for PA speakers and microphones. Connecting it to a PC or Mac unlocks Serato DJ Pro without a license key or subscription. Serato DVS is a paid expansion pack. Firmware updates are managed through the Firmware Update Manager.
