The CDJ-TOUR1 is the player half of Pioneer DJ's TOUR system. It follows the CDJ-2000NXS2 in layout and performance features, so tracks prepared in rekordbox can be loaded and played with Beat Sync, Slip Mode, Hot Cue Auto Load, Quantize and Quantized Beat Jump. Alongside the standard 7-inch touch display there is a 13-inch fold-out colour touch screen with adjustable tilt and lighting, plus an attachable display shade for outdoor use.
For audio it uses a 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technologies, a 96 kHz/24-bit sound card and a separate power supply to keep noise down at high volumes. Supported formats are FLAC, ALAC, MP3, WAV, AAC and AIFF.
The body has reinforced sides and isolator feet, and the LAN ports use NEUTRIK etherCON connectors with a latch lock. Pro DJ Link shares one source across up to 4 players. USB-HID control is supported for djay Pro and TRAKTOR PRO 4, and the player works with ShowKontrol and with rekordbox on the Core plan or above.
